Shipping + Handling
DOMESTIC SHIPPING
Myrth ships within the United States via UPS Ground. Once your order leaves our studio, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. Because our pieces are handmade and fragile, we've put careful thought into our packaging and carrier selection — UPS Ground is our preferred method to ensure each piece arrives in perfect condition at a fair cost to you.
In-Stock items are packaged and shipped within 7 business days of purchase.
Made to Order (MTO) items ship according to the lead time noted in each product's description.
Orders containing both In-Stock and MTO items will be held and shipped together upon completion of the MTO pieces. If you need your In-Stock items shipped immediately, just email us at hello@myrth.us and we'll sort it out — additional shipping fees may apply.
Need a faster shipping option? Please contact us at hello@myrth.us before placing your order and we'll do our best to accommodate. Please note: we require a complete physical address and phone number for all deliveries. We are unable to ship to PO Boxes. Signature Requirements: For orders under $500, no signature is required upon delivery. For orders exceeding $500, we may require a signature at our discretion.
ALASKA, HAWAII, AND U.S. TERRITORIES
We ship to Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories (including Puerto Rico, Guam, and the U.S. Virgin Islands), but carrier rates for these destinations fall outside our flat-rate shipping structure. Please contact us at hello@myrth.us before placing your order so we can provide an accurate shipping quote. We will invoice the actual UPS rate for your shipment.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We primarily ship within the United States, but we're happy to discuss international shipping on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us at hello@myrth.us before placing your order so we can explore options and provide a quote.
RETURNED & UNDELIVERABLE SHIPMENTS
If a shipment is returned to us due to an incorrect address, recipient refusal, or an unclaimed package at a UPS access point, here's how we'll handle it:
Refund: We'll issue a refund minus a 20% restocking fee and the original shipping costs.
Reshipment: We're happy to reship your order. A repacking and delivery fee (covering packing labor and courier expenses) will be invoiced and must be paid prior to reshipment.
To avoid this, please double-check your shipping address at checkout and keep an eye on your UPS tracking notification.
